House Rules of Summerplace Gordons Bay - 2013

1. No pets allowed. 

2. No beach wear, towels or laundry hanging on rails

3. No noise or loud music after 22h00

4. Children are not allowed to play on stairways, landings or inner courtyard 

5. Please empty mailbox regularly 

6. Limited parking available, guests to park outside the property 

7. Garbage bags to be placed inside bins before 06h00 on Monday mornings please

8. Please leave braai area clean after using it

9. Use entrance and exit gates for vehicles only. Pedestrians to use small gate next to exit gate.

10. Open gates only to your own visitors, do not open for strangers 

11. Keep staircases and landings clean and clear.

12. Do not disturb the other residents if coming in late at night

13. No hooting at entrance gate.
